Albendazole for Cattle: Dosage, Withdrawal & Uses
Albendazole is a cornerstone dewormer for beef cattle, and one of the few that clears adult liver flukes alongside stomach worms, intestinal worms, lungworms and tapeworms in a single oral dose. It is an approved cattle product, which makes dosing and withdrawal well defined.

What it treats in cattle
GI roundworms
Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Cooperia and other stomach and gut worms that drag down growth and condition.
Adult liver flukes
Adult Fasciola hepatica — important on wet pastures. Note it targets adult flukes, not immature stages, so timing matters.
Lungworms & tapeworms
Adult lungworms and Moniezia tapeworms in one treatment.
